Because of his persistence, we were eventually able to get the highest amount of relocation assistance allowed for our VA loan.
Our outcome: Mark and his team were able to get the banks to approve our short sale, waive the balances of both our first and second mortgages, AND we were given relocation incentive for our moving costs.
